Welcome to Thea DigiCard. These Terms & Conditions regulate your use of our platform, which allows individuals and businesses to create, manage, and share digital cards, catalogues, and mini websites. By accessing or utilizing our services, you agree to adhere to these terms.
2. Services Offered
The Thea DigiCard offers the ability to create digital business cards and catalogs, shareable links through WhatsApp, QR codes, and web URLs, customizable templates along with content management tools, and hosting of digital profiles as mini websites. We retain the right to alter, suspend, or terminate any feature at any time without prior notification.
3. User Responsibilities
By using our platform, you acknowledge the necessity to provide accurate and timely information, the obligation not to upload or share illegal, harmful, misleading, or offensive content, the commitment to refrain from misusing the platform for spam, fraud, or unauthorized marketing, and the responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
5. Content Ownership
You maintain ownership of the content you upload, including text, images, videos, and more. By uploading content, you provide Thea DigiCard with a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it as part of the service. You are entirely responsible for confirming that you possess the rights to all content utilized.
6. Payment & Subscription
All subscriptions remain valid for a duration of one year. Annual renewal fees will apply and may differ according to the prevailing rates at the time of renewal.
Payment Policy
1. Overview
This Payment Policy specifies the terms associated with payments, subscriptions, renewals, and billing for services rendered by Thea DigiCard.
2. Subscription Validity
All paid subscriptions remain valid for a duration of one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless specified otherwise.
3. Renewal Policy
Subscriptions are required to be renewed on an annual basis in order to maintain access to premium features. Renewal fees will be determined according to the prevailing pricing at the time of renewal. Any relevant offers or modifications, including partial value adjustments if available, will be valid solely for the designated renewal period.
4. Taxes
Prices listed are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless indicated otherwise. An additional 18% GST will be charged on all packages and services. It is the responsibility of users to pay all applicable taxes in accordance with local regulations.
5. Payment Security
We utilize secure third-party payment gateways for transaction processing. Thea DigiCard does not retain sensitive payment information, including card details.
